FAQ ( FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS )

1. How many days it takes to fulfill normal orders?
A) Normally it depends upon the quantity since each piece is handcrafted. But in an average it takes about 30 days to fulfill an order. 

2. What is the mode of shipment?
A) Normally the goods are being shipped by Standard Internationally Operational Courier services ( FEDEX). Speed Post is also used for shipment as per customer demand and feasibility.   

3. Payment Terms
A) Full Payment is to be remitted as advanced payment for any shipment. All Prices mentioned in the site are FOB Jaipur.  Applicable Shipping and handling charges and insurance from Jaipur to the port of destination is to be bourn by the customer.

4. Return Policy
A) We do not accept any goods in return once they are sold. We do not have any return policy.

5. How are goods packed?
A). Good are properly packed in boxes to avoid any kind of damage.
